These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Triple F’s websites, online services, Member Portal, tour-booking services, and text messaging programs. Triple F Blount LLC operates Triple F Blount County messaging. By using the applicable service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging programs
When you separately opt in, Triple F may send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include tour confirmations and reminders, changes or cancellations, account and service notices, opening information, program news, and community updates. Your consent applies only to the messaging program described beside the opt-in control.

- Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase, membership, booking a tour, or using Triple F services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.
Your responsibility
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or contact us promptly.
Member Portal and online services
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not use Triple F services unlawfully, attempt to interfere with their operation, access another person’s information without authorization, or submit false or misleading information.
Bookings and schedules
Published tour, assessment, training, and event times may change. A confirmation identifies the specific service and time reserved. Additional participation requirements, facility policies, waivers, purchase terms, or cancellation rules may apply and will be presented with the applicable service.
Third-party services
Triple F uses service providers to host and secure its services, process communications, operate calendars, and support customer relationships. Their services may also be governed by their own terms. Triple F is not responsible for carrier or third-party outages outside its reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
